AI Web Motion uses the information you provide to respond to inquiries, process website purchases and deliver your website project.

Information we use

This can include your name, email, business details, project brief, media links and purchase reference. Share only materials needed for your project; do not include passwords in the form. Media is supplied through links, not uploaded to this website.

Payments and form verification

Stripe processes payments. We receive payment status and checkout contact details; we do not store your full card number. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions and may process browser and network information to prevent abuse.

Project communications

Your completed brief is stored with your purchase reference and emailed to hello@aiwebmotion.ca. We send your private brief link to the email used at checkout. The link expires after 30 days and should not be forwarded.

Access and questions

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact hello@aiwebmotion.ca. Some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting obligations.
